Order
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will contain all the details about the products, prices, billing, and delivery address. If there is any error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email at support@joyfulwalks.com.au
Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 6-10 days. Please note that after placing an order, there is an additional processing period of 1-3 days before we dispatch your package on the next working day. *Our delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may vary depending on your location in Australia.

Prices
All prices in the store are stated in AUD. We reserve the right to change prices due to supplier price changes, errors in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices caused by incorrect information. We also reserve the right to adjust the price.
Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you, as a customer, have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received an ordered item.
5.1 Exercising your right of withdrawal:
You must notify us of your decision to withdraw. The notification should be sent to us at support@joyfulwalks.com.au. Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which products the return applies to.
You should return the products to us immediately and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notification.
You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return. Therefore, the products should be well-packaged and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount equivalent to the depreciation of the product's value from the refund amount in the case of used or damaged products.
5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons, and the seal has been broken by you.
Products that are of a sealed audio or video recording nature, and the seal has been broken by you.
Custom-made products tailored specifically to you or have a clear personal touch according to your specifications.
Services that have been fully performed, and you have expressly consented to the service starting without the right of withdrawal.
Goods that can quickly deteriorate, such as food.
Single issues of newspapers or magazines.
Complaints and Claims
We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. If, however, the product arrives damaged or incorrectly shipped, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to rectify the issue free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.
6.1 How to proceed with a claim?
Any errors or defects should always be reported to support@joyfulwalks.com.au, where you provide your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect.
If we are unable to rectify the issue or provide a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover the return shipping costs for approved claims.
We reserve the right to reject a claim if it turns out that the product is not faulty according to applicable consumer protection legislation. For complaints, we follow the guidelines of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, ARN), visit arn.se for more information.
Limitation of Liability
We do not assume any liability for indirect damages that may arise from the product.
We accept no responsibility for delays/errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include labor disputes, fire, war, governmental decisions, diminished or failed deliveries from suppliers.
Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product features made by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
Product Information
We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website, as well as product sell-outs. We do not guarantee that the images accurately represent the appearance of the products, as there may be a slight color difference depending on the display, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present the products as accurately as possible.
