It typically takes 1-3 business days to process your order after receiving confirmation (Minor delays may occur). We ship from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We always ship within 24 hours.

Please note that if incorrect or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to carefully review their shipping and billing information before checking out to ensure any delays are avoided.

Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the specified address, but it is up to the delivery driver to determine if it is safe to leave the package outdoors. If they deem it unsafe, they will either take the package to the nearest local post office or reschedule for another delivery.

We have an average delivery time of 6-10 business days to AU.

WRONG ADDRESS

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is entered correctly. We do our best to expedite processing and delivery times, which is why there is a very small window for canceling/changing your order. If you decide to change your delivery address, please email us at support@joyfulwalks.com.au as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

If it is too late for our team to make the change on your order, then the only thing we can do is wait and see if the package is returned to our warehouse. We can then resend the package to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.

RETURNS

By placing an order with JoyfulWalks, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

We stand behind our products and are confident you will love them too! That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will provide you with a refund within 30 days of delivery and receipt of the order.

Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service will review the return request and provide further instructions if the return is approved.

Returns made without a receipt may be denied. JoyfulWalks reserves the right to refuse returns.

The customer is responsible for covering any shipping costs that may occure for returning an item.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days after receiving the returned item. Please contact your bank with questions about when the credit will be deposited into your account.
